We accept many different insurances, both in-network and out-of-network. We will always check eligibility of your specific policy prior to treatment and will notify you of your patient responsibility. We will accept private pay for those patients who don’t have insurances we accept.

Please note: We are unable to “split” billing with agencies outside of Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA).

If a patient is receiving home health or VNA services, we can begin or resume treatment once that episode of care is fully closed.
